ATTENTION!

In order to submit applications to the Central Commission, you must undergo training in the field of Student Activity Financing and the settlement of the allocated funds in the Student Department.

Submitting applications to the Faculty Committee requires additional training in accounting for the allocated funds at a given faculty!

Training dates are announced on an ongoing basis on the Self-government website.

Central Commission for Financing Student Activity

Student Organizations and Cultural Agendas wishing to obtain funding for their activities should look for the call for applications announced by the Central Commission for Financing Student Activities.

At the beginning of the year, the Central Commission announces a call for Budget applications, under which you can apply for co-financing of the fixed costs of your activities (i.e. office supplies, office equipment, membership fees).

Also, at the beginning of the year, the Central Commission announces a call for applications for granting the status of the Strategic Scientific Club of the Wrocław University of Technology. This prestigious title makes it possible to obtain in advance funding for the entire year in a much larger amount than the Club would be able to obtain at the faculty.

During the year (every 4 weeks), the Central Commission announces the acceptance of Project Applications. If your organization or the Culture Agenda wants to obtain funding for a social or cultural project that you are implementing, wait for the announcement of the competition dates :)

Departmental Commissions for Financing Student Activity

Science clubs, groups of students and organizations working on SCIENTIFIC projects submit applications for funding their activities to the Faculty Committee for Financing Student Activity. The Science Club is obliged to submit applications to the faculty from which its Main Supervisor comes. Even if it is an Interdepartmental Circle.
