Setting up a Student Organization is extremely simple and starts with gathering a group of students with common interests and completing minor formal requirements.
To confirm the willingness to create a new organization, you must provide the Student Department with:
- a founding declaration,
- a list of names of students willing to work in the organization,
- a protocol on the election of the organization's authorities
- the Regulations of the Student Organization.
In the case of establishing a Science Club, the founding protocol must additionally bear the signature of the Scientific Tutor and a confirmation that the Dean of the Faculty accepts the students' initiative.
Do you want to get funding for your activity? More information can be found in the Student Activity Financing tab.
